Excellent Training with World Champion Luis Sanz Sensei

On the 10 April, I attended a Kata workshop with guest Instructor Sensei Luis Sanz (Former WKF Kata World Champion) hosted Black Belt Martial Arts (BBMA) in the Central Coast, NSW.
In that seminar Sensei Luis conducted Kihon training and Unsu Kata training.
Im glad I attended the session as I have learnt a lot, particularly how to use hips in certain situations.
